1. Acceptance
By accessing or using a Freestyle Legends website or digital service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. Additional agreements, waivers or policies may apply to athletes, participants, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, vendors, members or purchasers.
2. The FLT ecosystem
Freestyle Legends may provide public websites, editorial content, athlete profiles, event information, registration and interest forms, ProVault experiences, sponsorship materials, private partner previews and support services. Features and content may be changed, suspended or removed.
3. Accounts and restricted access
- Provide accurate information and safeguard credentials.
- Do not share confidential partner previews or administrative access without authorization.
- FLT may suspend access for security, misuse, contractual or legal reasons.
4. Events, registrations and ticket interest
Schedules, athletes, venues, formats, pricing, capacity and availability may change. Submitting an interest form does not create a confirmed ticket, admission right, reservation or payment obligation. A purchase becomes binding only through an authorized sales process and the terms presented at checkout.
5. Accommodation and hospitality referrals
FLT may direct visitors to independent providers and track referral information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FLT does not control room inventory, pricing, reservation acceptance, deposits, changes, cancellations or accommodation payments. Any reservation is governed by the provider's terms.
6. Content and intellectual property
FLT names, logos, crown marks, designs, editorial materials, graphics, software and databases are owned by or licensed to Freestyle Legends. Public content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use but may not be reproduced, scraped, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the services unlawfully, fraudulently or harmfully.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security controls.
- Do not upload malware, spam, abusive material or misleading information.
- Do not impersonate others or misuse athlete, partner or visitor information.
8. Third-party services
FLT may link to booking engines, social platforms, payment providers, media services and other external systems. FLT does not control their availability, security, privacy practices, content or transactions.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as available" basis. Sports, travel and event participation may involve risk. Website content is not a substitute for event instructions, professional advice, safety procedures or participant waivers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLT and its personnel and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and updates
These Terms are intended to be governed by Bermuda law unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. FLT may update these Terms as the platform, events and legal requirements evolve.
